Surprised No one had mentioned it yet but what happened before the game? I was walking into the ground from the civil at 12.40ish and a mob of 30ish lads with there s**tty accent talking "come on lads we got to be more organised" "we were in there main boozer" were 2 comments I heard before 2 of them started crying 1 off them had a scraped arm, odiously fell over and another was moaning about his jeans being scraped lol.... So what happened? ??

So what happened? ?? No police presence at game yesterday... a group of 20/30 lads drunk in the welly were overheard saying they had taken over rovers main boozer. . Someone pointed them in the direction of gloster rd and they proceed towards the vic ..I was walking up as they came down the road.. they threw a few things at people outside vic and found who they wanted and got a bit scared ..a bit of a scuffle and one of there lot had a serious head wound by looks of it as the main of there lot legged it to leave there mates too it.. I suggested to a copper that it was poor policing to let an away mob wonder down to the vic 15mins before kick off and all he could say was that they only had a hand full of police on duty and tgey werent expecting a large crowd or any bother.. hope the grimsby lad recovered ok as he looked in a bad way but from what I saw he was leading grimsby lot so u kinda reap what you sow ... was amazed at the lack of police

By all accounts the speed at which they retreated up the Glos Road, chased by Gas and the contents of a builders skip, was pure comedy gold.
I think a few took a pasting and one in particular was sparked out on the floor covered in blood. Someone said afterwards that one had to go to hospital.
Don't think they'd done their howework!

They came down the hill, threw a smoke bomb and other bits of masonary into innocent people and when got what they were looking for,ran back faster than usain Bolt. Twice. They were an embarrassment to themselves. Just like you pretending to be Rovers with your one liners,LOL.

Not sure how anyone can critiscise our lot.
Grimsby came down the road taking the p**s, and got their arses spanked.
Fair play I say!

There have been a few occasions when I've been confronted by an unwelcome element of opposition supporters, and, to be honest, I have been praying for a group of Rovers "lads" to appear and rescue me.

I was with the grimsby "mob" yesterday but turned off at the street that leads from the ground I know a lot of the older lads in the "mob" but they wasn't there yesterday we was already in the ground ....it was the grimsby youth who went down to the pub and tried to create a scene but they found that when you get there not everyone gets scared and fair play to Bristol they came out to have a go ..that was enough for the youth to run like f**k and I do wish a few of them had got a kicking to show you have to have the minerals to back up the talk (which they ain't) as for the unconscious old man that was one of the youths boys worried about his son and he was kept in overnight with fractured eye socket he don't look for trouble but unfortunately for him his lad was. Hopefully will teach his son a lesson and next time think twice.....the youth have a lot to learn utm

Absolutely wonderful, bravo, it's so good we've already made our mark in the Conference. Rather than celebrating our famed FL violence perhaps you'd be better off attending spelling lessons classes or "how to use spell check" tutorials, airhead.
