Who would have picked that score line after the first 20 minutes. Credit to MT for having the courage to make 2 substitutions after just 25 minutes, it really made all the difference. Three more wins will see us to safety then the 'exciting' three year plan can start.

Well done to the players on a great fight back, 2-0 down 2-3 up and winning.
Shame Kamil Conteh got the 2nd yellow on 90+5, back to 10th in the table.
Same again v Northampton away on saturday, maybe not by 2-0 down though...

Well done Rovers a superb fight back.Pleased for the 376 or so hardy & loud travelling Gasheads. Did enjoy listening to the ‘entertaining’ home commentary team, who in the end finally conceded that Rovers were worth the win.

I can't quite make out what he was saying. Something like "the shirt is weighing heavy on them (the players), they need you for longer?"

Just watched the highlights. Thomas’ goal is even better than it looked in the flesh. Love the way he bent it into the corner. Evans’ every inch as good as it looked at the game. Conteh’s second yellow is for a nothing challenge - no more than a shoulderbarge really. Didn’t see his first yellow and didn’t even realise he had been booked. Hardening my opinion on the ref - he is a bell end

I think he's saying how much pressure the players feel under and they need support. Yes, Perhaps MT was making the point that the team needed support for the full 90 mins, perhaps our fans went quiet after their first & second goal. I don’t know as I only tuned into ifollow 10 mins before HT and thought our fans were making themselves heard very well for 376 odd in attendance.

I think he's saying how much pressure the players feel under and they need support. Nicely summarised. He said the shirt weighs heavy on them and that’s why he told the players to throw their shirts into the crowd. Also that we supporters need to stay with the players for longer. Can anyone imagine Poundland Pep saying anything like that? He would have hung at least one of them out to dry in public. I’m really warming to Matt Taylor and agree with others who say that his bold changes after about 25 mins turned this around for us

Fair bit of booing and general disgruntlement at 2-0 (guilty of the latter myself).

If you read some of the written stuff on Facebook and the other forum, there are a lot slating players and saying the manager should be sacked! We would be naïve to think they don't read some of the **** that is written. I'm pleased he's now got his own backroom staff and that his words at half time yesterday made such an impact. A real fighting spirit in the second half from all the players!

Will 85 points be enough to go up?

What an open and honest summary. No excuses. Recognising shortcomings. Interesting the comment of expectations of team at start of season. Fragility is a concern. Funny how he said had we lost he would of got 'dogs abuse'..... To me it displays the fickleness of fans. Bit like the view of players, some Rovers fans have big views on themselves which aren't reflected in their utterances as being so say 'faithful and true'. I think he gives a fair assessment and reflection on his football views.
