Will 106 points be enough to go up?

I wonder if Sheridan Robins would mind changing her name to Sheridan Gas #UpTheROVERSBTW, can she commentate on all our games . . . and welcome back KB.I have to say, first time I've listened to a female commentator and she seems fine to me. It's just the high pitched screaming when we score that grates - but better that than us not scoring so I can live with it. Not good news about Tom Lockyer. Everything crossed for him. I Her natural enthusiasm I like. I have daughters, granddaughters and nieces. I could well be immune to her screaming 😱 Yes. All the best for Tom. #UpTheROVERS

Will 106 points be enough to go up? Your irony of course is if we win our final 26 games which will add up to 106 points... Well we might scrape in to 6th place giving us at least a fighting chance...

Just about deserved the win. Second half much less impressive than the first. We had switched to 4 at the back when we conceded. Having said that I’m a 4-4-2 dinosaur too but not with this squad.
Seemed to be sat back more second half. Drive home will fly by instead of dragging

I have a hunch we'll finish top ten, and at least within a few games' reach if playoffs, and with that I would be absolutely delighted. Best wishes to Tom Lockyer.

The stats showed a lot of shots for Rovers. Sounded fun for travelling Gasheads. Safe trip home. Looking forward to reports.

Given we had no fully fit fullbacks then formation best option today.

Oddly enough I think Taylor may have the right formation in 3-5-2 to get the best out of the squad. We need 1 more to see this home as this joke ref is going to give something to even things up. Surprised he gave the red. We need to watch out for the long diagonal ball into the corners as that nearly caught us out before the sending off. Having a man advantage might now nullify this. Best 45 mins from us since Hillsborough last season The Beeb showed formation as 3-4-2-1 first half which changed to 3-5-2 second half. What ever it seemed to work today, great result!!

As good a performance as you could ask for. Hard to pick a MoM, a great team effort. Connor Taylor for me. Immense throughout and can’t remember him putting a foot wrong. Crama Wilson and Marquis just behind him but all played well today

Just got back..
...to the battle cruiser! In Manc land.... A genuine amazing day from start to finish!
LG is a handsome bugger.... especially when he's starting songs at half time on concourse....he was mobbed like a hero and even grown men can admire heroes in our bit of space ... Genuinely gas hero!
Also, n what the hell are you doing here!??
Anyhoos....onto something less important: A deserved result and performance. Amazing to see us boss the game for almost all of it....our shape without the ball held firm almost as good as our movements with it. A threat on flanks, we passed our way through them at times with ease, then played the ball forward for runners when need be.
Their huge no5 was their weakness we exploited.
When he got sent off we capitalised immediately, but arguably defended better without him.
LT AE pushing forward a great GW cross and master finishing from big JM.
All this from sterling defending from CT Kramervs Kramer and, Wilson ....our structure was impervious. A deflected shot for their only goal, and a brilliant save from Coxy was as much as they could muster.... Credit to the hard working approach we forced them into. Credit to a well organised set up. At times it looked like we were playing against ourselves under the B***** era where no one moved but hey you had possession...(?)
Another word for all of us that travelled, some 700 of us, we outsang the other 18,000 (yearrrrrright!?) for large parts of the match. An amazing following. Sometimes this club really does surprise everyone.
Safe travels home, Gas ...what a day, what an experience and just desserts especially after last season....there was to be no last gasp equaliser and rightly so!
You saw the rovers, now um go home I genuinely was not worried from kick off to end. Well done MT and players staff for giving us a performance to be proud of.... UptheGas!

Wow, a massive amount of humble pie going down my throat. I expected to lose at crew and get thumped at Bolton with the manager becoming a clone of some of his rubbish predecessors. No chance of that, he’s identified very quickly that Connor is a throwback towering centre half, he’s getting Evo into the positions he thrives in, Collins is reigniting and generally we’re seeing a spirit between the players that had almost disappeared. Big shout out to John Marquis loaded down with all the dog work for most of the season and now showing his real goal threat. Clearly Matt Taylor has got something about him that I hadn’t expected.
