That first goal was shocking defending. Not just a terrible header from MM, you have to ask what Parkesy was doing as well.
TP ends up right behind MM, so not challenging for the ball and not marking either attacker. That means it doesn't matter where MM deflects the ball, it's going to fall into the path of one of the opposition.
If TP thinks MM will be stretching for it, and if he thinks he is in a better position to clear it, he has to call and make it his. If not then he has to drop back to cover and give himself time to approach the ball, wherever it gets deflected.
Basic decision making. Same for the Sinclair sending off. Difficult to see on the clip, but if the commentators were correct, and Mildy was always getting there first, then it sounds completely unnecessary.

The right back should have spotted the danger too and come across to cover, how many times did Smith do that last year and get the centre halves out of a hole? Second goal was simple panicking. Why was someone diving at an attacker's feet on the touchline? He's not about to shoot, just hold you numpty

Piss poor positioning and lack of concentration for the first goal. It was like watching under tens, 3 defenders sucked out to the wider player leaving the more central striker unmarked. Something seriously wrong if 4 defenders can't stop two attackers. Great finish though by the plumber. Reevesy is a plasterer who has scored 130 goals in about 170 games at Conf level for Alty, the only surprise was that it was from outside the box! Must agree about your defending though. However, what most evident to me was that your team looked like strangers, lacked composure and your manager was hysterical on the touchline and wasnt helping the situation at all. I suppose that is understandable but whatever happens our manager is always calmness personified and I am sure the players prefer that. Thought your fans were a credit to your club (even the one who entered our dressing room trying to get to your players room!) and I hope you sort yourselves out sooner or later but it wont happen by just wishing it. It needs good leadership, always does. Awesome strike rate. Those players are difficult to come by and even harder to keep.

Maybe we should sign on a few par timers.....plumbers, electricians and the like. Even if they didn't produce on the pitch, they might be able to fix the tannoy and sort out the leaky urinals.

He looked totally headless, completely unaware and utterly devoid of vision or foresight.

Sounds like he's very good at running and not much else Apart from having a cool beard.
