Talks some 💩 as well. Where is this success, at Fleetwood then ? Came 5th Not sure that finishing as runner up is ever classed as success. A decent effort though.

Talks some 💩 as well. Where is this success, at Fleetwood then ? He has had minor success at Fleetwood, the stats are P128, W51, D36, L41 = 39.8 % Win Rate. Finished in 11th place in 1st season, lost in play-offs 6-3 on agg in 2nd season in charge. At BRFC the stats are P15, W3, D2, L10 = 20.0 % Win Rate - Almost Certain Relegation. Yet, the way he talks you would think they won silverware and got to the prem plus are financially fantastic

I listened to the Gas Cast Podcast yesterday and they gave each other 6 moments to rank as most pivotal in Rovers relegation.
Rank in order of importance. Mine are:
1. Tisdale January window 2. Sacking Garner and appointing Tisdale 3. Garner summer recruitment 4. Appointing B***** 5. Injuries 6. Not sacking Garner in summer.
Also asked each other for % blame for the 3 managers
Mine are: Tisdale 80% Garner 20% B***** 0%
I am fully behind him until he gives me reason not to be. They are not his players and the project though brave did not work. It was an unmitigated disaster.

For me the 'team' are to blame, it mattered not who was manager, We could have a thousand dead ball / corners the end result was utter s***e. That along side the ' Keystone Cop' defending, I dont believe any of the managers on the training ground every week would practice to a 'fine art' to send out a strike force with the cutting edge of a turd and a flaky defence always going to give the opposition a goal start. Hic!

I'm moving this one to Match Day Threads section - so I don't think people will be able to add comment to it.
